my wife Maria Teresa and i run a small family business here on the jurrasic coast in dorset. Mayte is from the small fishing village El grau de castello in the northern valencian region of castellon.
we prepare a number of family dishes for home delivery including the 3 basic types of paella.
we also have stalls at local farmers markets selling our hand made pasteleria bolleria y panes.
all of our food is prepared in a family way and not in a commercial way we sell what we eat so offer a real taste of valencian cuisine not a watered down version
we have many old family recipes that could feature on your pages.
